The City of November
The City of November is built on a coastal plain. It has a history if independance from those around it, and during that history has fought many wars in defence of this independance, though it is politically a part of the country which now surrounds it, but in every other way, it remains independant.
Anarchists, Artists, Writers, lived well here during this time, and many remained after this time, for it was a city which suited a particular mindset, being a city of narrow stairways, twisting alleys, gothic belltowers, unfashionable cafes and late night shops of students and libertarian musicians.
Its most famous architect, John Adargas, responsible for the spiral cathedral which dominates the skyline, was also (with many other architects of this ages) responsible for many other buildings in the city. They were ispired by the existing buildings, continuing a recognisable organic style which dating back several hundred years in some of the older parts of town (known simply, as 'the old city').
